For eighteen years, we have used these contracts on all our building projects. It is probably true to say that the quality of buildings we have been able to produce, is almost entirely due to the fact that, as architects, and as contractors, we chose to work in the framework provided by these contracts.

The contracts are also meant to suggest, to indicate, an entirely different attitude to the task of construction; and to suggest that this new attitude is not merely something to dream about. It is a practical matter, which, by appropriate practical devices including new forms of contract, can be brought about NOW. The contracts are presented here in downloadable, pdf format.
